Turn off reminders when something is handled

Bills, renewals, and expiring documents now show their date on the document page. Mark one handled after you pay or renew it and Granite stops reminding you everywhere; undo restores the reminders, and changing the date treats it as a new obligation. Available on the web and in the iPhone app.
